A comparison of the volatile compounds in (Ezhu) and (Yujin) was undertaken using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Ultrasonic extraction and GC-MS methods were developed for the simultaneous determination of five sesquiterpenes, namely, α-pinene, β-elemene, curcumol, germacrone and curdione, in Ezhu and Yunjin. Good linearity (>0.999) and high inter-day precision were observed over the investigated concentration ranges. The validated method was successfully used for the simultaneous determination of five sesquiterpenes in Ezhu and Yujin. The quantitative method can be effectively used to evaluate and monitor the quality of Chinese curcuma in clinical use.
采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对莪术和郁金中的挥发性成分进行了比较。建立了超声提取和GC-MS法同时测定莪术和郁金中5种倍半萜类化合物,即α-蒎烯、β-榄香烯、莪术醇、吉马酮和莪术二酮的方法。在所研究的浓度范围内观察到良好的线性关系(>0.999)和较高的日间精密度。该验证方法成功用于同时测定莪术和郁金中的5种倍半萜类化合物。该定量方法可有效用于评估和监测临床使用的姜黄属中药的质量。
