Physiopathology of amblyopia and adaptative mechanisms of postural system should be considered among strabismic amblyopia with excentric fixation. Such patients have a "Body Image" of postural dissymetry which ocular torticollis is only caricatural. A symptomatical therapy, as modification of postural tonus regulation, is justified by the hypothesis that excentration of the fixation should be compare to postural dysregulation. This paper report four cases of amblyopia (children and adults) already treated by classical methods without results who obtained ameliorations by a combined ophthalmological with postural treatment and by the way confirm this hypothesis.
在伴有偏心注视的斜视性弱视中，应考虑弱视的病理生理学及姿势系统的适应性机制。这类患者存在姿势不对称的“身体意象”，而眼性斜颈只是其夸张表现。一种对症治疗，如调整姿势张力调节，基于这样的假设是合理的，即注视偏心应与姿势调节障碍相关。本文报告了4例弱视患者（儿童和成人），他们此前接受传统方法治疗但无效果，而通过眼科与姿势治疗相结合获得了改善，从而证实了这一假设。
