Abstract

Two new oleanane type triterpene glycosides, named yiyeliangwanoside I and yiyeliangwanoside II, were isolated from Nothopanax davidii (Franch) Harms (Araliaceae). Their chemical structures were elucidated by means of chemical and spectrometric analysis. Yiyeliangwanoside I: C57H88O25, a white powder, mp 203-205 degrees C (dec.), [alpha]D20-3.47(c 0.1, CH3OH). Its structure was determined as 3-O-alpha-(3',4'-O-dioic-acetyl)-L-arabinopyranosyl-3 beta-hydroxyolean-12-ene-28,29-dioic acid-28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1----6)-beta-D-glycopyranosyl- (1----4)-beta-D-glycopyranosyl] ester. Yiyeliangwanoside II: C37H56O10, a white powder, mp 240-244 degrees C (dec.), [alpha]D20+36.5(c 0.1, CH3OH). Its structure was determined as 3-O-alpha-(3'-O-acetyl)-L-arabinopyranosyl-3 beta-hydroxyolean-12-ene-28,29-dioic acid.

从五加科植物树参(Nothopanax davidii (Franch) Harms)中分离得到两个新的齐墩果烷型三萜糖苷,命名为异叶梁王茶苷I和异叶梁王茶苷II。通过化学和光谱分析确定了它们的化学结构。异叶梁王茶苷I:C57H88O25,白色粉末,熔点203 - 205℃(分解),[α]D20 - 3.47(c 0.1,甲醇)。其结构确定为3 - O - α - (3',4' - O - 二乙酰基) - L - 阿拉伯吡喃糖基 - 3β - 羟基齐墩果 - 12 - 烯 - 28,29 - 二酸 - 28 - O - [α - L - 鼠李吡喃糖基 - (1→6) - β - D - 葡萄糖吡喃糖基 - (1→4) - β - D - 葡萄糖吡喃糖基]酯。异叶梁王茶苷II:C37H56O10,白色粉末,熔点240 - 244℃(分解),[α]D20 + 36.5(c 0.1,甲醇)。其结构确定为3 - O - α - (3' - O - 乙酰基) - L - 阿拉伯吡喃糖基 - 3β - 羟基齐墩果 - 12 - 烯 - 28,29 - 二酸。
