Abstract

45 diffractive multifocal posterior chamber lenses were implanted in 41 patients. The follow-up time amounted to 12 months. With one correction good visual acuity for far and as well as near distances could be achieved. A significant loss of visual acuity with glare and low contrast and of contrast sensitivity was observed. Future has to show whether the advantages of this multifocal PCL will equal the disadvantages to the modern standard PMMA-PCL.

摘要

41例患者植入了45枚衍射多焦点后房型人工晶状体。随访时间为12个月。通过一次矫正,远视力和近视力均可达到良好水平。观察到存在眩光、低对比度下视力显著下降以及对比敏感度降低的情况。这种多焦点后房型人工晶状体的优势是否能与现代标准的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-后房型人工晶状体的劣势相匹敌,还需拭目以待。
