Abstract
A novel human leukocyte antigen-Cw04 allele, Cw04010103, was identified by genomic full length cloning and sequencing from a male Chinese donor. It differs from the closest related allele Cw*04010101 by one nucleotide exchange at nt 1111 (G>A) in intron 3.

通过对一名中国男性供体进行基因组全长克隆和测序，鉴定出一种新的人类白细胞抗原-Cw04等位基因，即Cw04010103。它与最相近的相关等位基因Cw*04010101在第3内含子的第1111位核苷酸（G>A）处存在一个核苷酸交换。
