A case of unilateral pneumothorax which occurred during anaesthesia for laryngobronchoscopy is presented. The possible causes are discussed. Pneumothorax should always be suspected in cases of complicated anaesthesia where jet ventilation is employed.
本文报告一例在喉支气管镜检查麻醉期间发生的单侧气胸病例，并对可能的病因进行了讨论。在采用喷射通气的复杂麻醉病例中，应始终怀疑有气胸发生。
