The quality of education which students of nursing receive relates very much to the qualities of the teacher, their knowledge, skills, motivation etc. This study examines stress factors affecting nurse teachers. The Occupational Stress Indicator (1) was used to pinpoint the sources of stress and its effects upon nurse tutors working for a district health authority within the NHS. Individual qualities and current coping strategies being used were also identified. The findings are listed in the results section of this article, which concludes by looking at further coping strategies that could be adopted to assist stress management among nurse tutors. Improving the job satisfaction of nurse teachers, by reducing stress levels has important implications for nursing practice because of the links between effective education and the provision of a sound knowledge base for nurses involved in patient care.
护理专业学生所接受教育的质量在很大程度上与教师的素质、他们的知识、技能、积极性等相关。本研究考察了影响护士教师的压力因素。使用职业压力指标（1）来确定压力源及其对在国民保健制度（NHS）内为地区卫生当局工作的护士导师的影响。还确定了个人素质和当前正在使用的应对策略。研究结果列于本文的结果部分，该部分最后探讨了可以采用的进一步应对策略，以帮助护士导师进行压力管理。通过降低压力水平来提高护士教师的工作满意度，对护理实践具有重要意义，因为有效的教育与为参与患者护理的护士提供扎实的知识基础之间存在联系。
