[Cytokine related intracellular signal transduction and consequences in parasitic infections].

Parasitic diseases have worldwide medical and economical consequences. A variety of parasite and host factors such as host T lymphocytes and cytokines have a strong impact on the outcome of parasitic infections. In this review we discussed how negative regulatory mechanisms of cytokine related intracellular signals attenuation are essential for ensuring and appropriate, controlled cellular immune response on parasitic infections.
