Abstract
The authors studied and compared the sonographic evolution of 70 cases of amebic liver abscesses. The needle aspiration puncture with common medical treatment is more efficient than medical treatment only, for all abscesses. The needle aspiration puncture avoid the complications of abscesses bigger than 10 cm and reduce the evolution of less 10 cm abscesses.
摘要
作者研究并比较了70例阿米巴肝脓肿的超声演变情况。对于所有脓肿，采用穿刺抽吸联合常规药物治疗比单纯药物治疗更有效。穿刺抽吸可避免直径大于10厘米的脓肿出现并发症，并减少直径小于10厘米脓肿的进展。
