Today's high stress isn't driving large numbers of CEOs from health care, a recent survey conducted by Hospitals seems to indicate. Over 80 percent of those surveyed say they will be in health care five years from now. But a majority of the survey's respondents want greater compensation for the increased stress they're facing on the job. And although executive incentive compensation plans have helped CEOs' pay to keep pace with the increased stress, there's controversy over whether the added stress should affect compensation.
