To investigate the relationship of the terminal position of the muscular contraction path and centric relation position with different vertical dimension.
The terminal position of the muscular contraction path and centric relation position with different vertical dimension were recorded for ten edentulous patients with gothic arch.
The mesial distance between the terminal position of the muscular contraction path and centric relation position increased with the vertical dimension. The lateral dimension between the terminal position of the muscular contraction path and centric relation position, the distribution of the terminal position of the muscular contraction path are not correlated to the vertical dimension. The center of the terminal position of the muscular contraction path is 1-4 mm ahead of the centric relation position and (0.42 + or - 0.47) mm lateral to the centric relation position. The distribution of the terminal position of the muscular contraction path is (1.36 + or - 0.58) mm in the mesial-distal direction, (1.56 + or - 0.62) mm in the lateral direction.
With the increase of the vertical dimension, the mesial distance between the terminal position of the muscular contraction path and centric relation position increased.
研究肌肉收缩路径终点位置与正中关系位在不同垂直距离下的关系。
对10例采用哥特式弓描记法的无牙颌患者记录不同垂直距离下肌肉收缩路径终点位置与正中关系位。
肌肉收缩路径终点位置与正中关系位之间的近中距离随垂直距离增加而增大。肌肉收缩路径终点位置与正中关系位之间的横向距离、肌肉收缩路径终点位置的分布与垂直距离无关。肌肉收缩路径终点位置的中心在正中关系位前方1 - 4毫米,在正中关系位外侧(0.42±0.47)毫米。肌肉收缩路径终点位置的分布在近远中方向为(1.36±0.58)毫米,在横向为(1.56±0.62)毫米。
随着垂直距离增加,肌肉收缩路径终点位置与正中关系位之间的近中距离增大。
