OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this study was to describe six cases of migrating azygos vein and to explain the etiologic factors that contribute to the migration. Six patients with migrating azygos vein were studied by MDCT before and after migration. Five patients had right pneumothorax. All patients had repeated episodes of cough, vomiting, and a short mesoazygos.
CONCLUSION
Pneumothorax, increased intrathoracic pressure, and a short mesoazygos, in combination or alone, are the main factors in azygos vein migration.
目的
本研究旨在描述六例奇静脉迁移病例，并解释导致奇静脉迁移的病因因素。通过 MDCT 对六例奇静脉迁移患者在迁移前后进行了研究。五例患者患有右侧气胸。所有患者均有反复咳嗽、呕吐和中隔短的病史。
结论
气胸、胸腔内压力增加和中隔短，单独或联合作用，是奇静脉迁移的主要因素。
