Abstract
Posterior shoulder dislocation is a rare injury and often overlooked. This report describes the composition of the "Mouzopoulos" sign seen in anteroposterior X-ray views of the shoulder and underlines the importance of this sign in the recognition of posterior shoulder dislocation.
