Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To study on the chemical constituents of effective part of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.

METHOD

The sample was extracted with methanol and purified by macroporous resin. The structures were identified by high performance liquid chromatography/electrospray ionization with multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry.

RESULT

Thirteen compounds were identified from the effective part of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.

CONCLUSION

The method is simple and rapid for the identification of the flavonoids and triterpenoid saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.

摘要

目的

研究酸枣仁有效部位的化学成分。

方法

样品用甲醇提取,经大孔树脂纯化。采用高效液相色谱/电喷雾电离多级串联质谱法鉴定结构。

结果

从酸枣仁有效部位鉴定出13个化合物。

结论

该方法用于鉴定酸枣仁中的黄酮类和三萜皂苷类成分简便、快速。
