After saturation of the anti-A monoclonal antibody USOL by A1 erythrocytes sensitized with various human anti-A sera and or by several specimens of A1 blood cells sensitized with the same anti-A serum the authors detected a different decline of the titre and score of antibody. Similar results were obtained also in attempts to saturate various human anti-A sera with A1 erythrocytes sensitized with monoclonal anti-A. This means that A epitopes on A1 blood cells of different subjects are not identical as regards the content of A determinants, and that different human anti-A sera an d anti-A monoclonal antibodies differ as to the structure of anti-A specificities.
在用各种人抗A血清致敏的A1红细胞或用同一抗A血清致敏的几份A1血细胞标本使抗A单克隆抗体USOL饱和后，作者检测到抗体滴度和评分的不同下降情况。在用单克隆抗A致敏的A1红细胞使各种人抗A血清饱和的尝试中也获得了类似结果。这意味着不同个体A1血细胞上的A表位在A决定簇含量方面并不相同，并且不同的人抗A血清和抗A单克隆抗体在抗A特异性结构方面存在差异。
