We report a rhinolith that caused total nasal obstruction and that could not be removed simply. It was reduced in size by a lithotripter, as used for stone disintegration in urology, and then removed. This method is suggested in all cases where removal of the rhinolith cannot be performed non-invasively and the rhinolith can be seen by the endoscope.
我们报告了一例导致完全性鼻阻塞且无法简单取出的鼻石。使用泌尿外科用于结石碎裂的碎石器将其缩小尺寸，然后取出。对于所有无法通过非侵入性方式取出鼻石且在内窥镜下可见鼻石的情况，建议采用这种方法。
