Abstract

Rhinolithiasis is a rare and often overlooked condition with unclear pathophysiology and is more prevalent in underdeveloped regions. Its subtle rhinological symptoms frequently lead to delayed diagnosis. Computed tomography and nasal endoscopy are essential for identification. We present a 62-year-old patient successfully treated with endoscopic endonasal extraction under general anesthesia.

鼻石症是一种罕见且常被忽视的疾病，其病理生理学尚不清楚，在欠发达地区更为普遍。其细微的鼻科症状常常导致诊断延迟。计算机断层扫描和鼻内镜检查对于确诊至关重要。我们报告一例62岁患者，在全身麻醉下经鼻内镜成功取出鼻石。
