To explore the effect of heat shock protein 70(HSP70) gene polymorphism on genetic susceptibility of pneumoconiosis of coal worker (CWP).
100 workers whose sternites were assessed 0+ were chosen as the case group and 100 workers as the control. HSP70 genotypes were analyzed by the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) technique.
There were significantly differences in HSP70-1 b2/b2 genotype (chi2 = 8.26, P < 0.05) between the case group and the control ,the risks of CWP in the individuals with b2/b2 genotype were 2.36 times than those with b1/b1 genotype. The polymorphism of HSP70-2 and HSP70-hom had no statistics significance in the difference of the two groups.
The results suggested that the individual with HSP70-1 b2/b2 genotype may be a predisposing genotype to CWP and the individuals with the genotype could have weaker adaptability than the others.
探讨热休克蛋白70(HSP70)基因多态性对煤工尘肺(CWP)遗传易感性的影响。
选取100名胸片诊断为0+的工人作为病例组,另选100名工人作为对照组。采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分析HSP70基因分型。
病例组与对照组之间HSP70-1 b2/b2基因型存在显著差异(χ2 = 8.26,P < 0.05),b2/b2基因型个体患CWP的风险是b1/b1基因型个体的2.36倍。HSP70-2和HSP70-hom的多态性在两组差异中无统计学意义。
结果表明,HSP70-1 b2/b2基因型个体可能是CWP的易感基因型,该基因型个体的适应性可能比其他个体弱。
