To determine the relationship between some adipokines and insulin resistance (IR) in obese.
47 individuals were divided--1. according to BMI to subgroups with normal weight, overweight and obesity, 2. according to IR HOMA index to subjects with IR (IR HOMA > 1.88) and subjects without IR. Except the basic biochemical parameters, serum level of fasting insulin, leptin, retinol binding protein 4 (RBP4) (RIA), adiponectin (ELISA) and leptin/adiponectin (L/A) molar ratio were examined.
Decreased level of adiponectin and increased level of leptin, RBP4 and leptin/adiponectin molar ratio in obese can be also considered as a marker of developing insulin resistance (Tab. 2, Ref. 23).

47名个体被分组——1. 根据体重指数(BMI)分为正常体重、超重和肥胖亚组;2. 根据胰岛素抵抗稳态模型评估(HOMA)指数分为有胰岛素抵抗(IR HOMA>1.88)和无胰岛素抵抗的受试者。除基本生化参数外,检测空腹胰岛素、瘦素、视黄醇结合蛋白4(RBP4)(放射免疫分析法)、脂联素(酶联免疫吸附测定法)的血清水平以及瘦素/脂联素(L/A)摩尔比。
肥胖人群中脂联素水平降低以及瘦素、RBP4水平和瘦素/脂联素摩尔比升高也可被视为胰岛素抵抗发展的标志物(表2,参考文献23)。
