Abstract

This article deals with the sensitivity and specificity of IEST in neurocysticercosis with frozen sections of Cysticerus cellulosae as antigens. 55 out of 56 cases (98.2%) of neurocysticercosis showed positive reaction. All serum specimens from healthy human controls (50 cases), clonorchiasis (23 cases) and paragonimiasis (26 cases) were negative, but 18% (4/22) of serum specimens from echinococcosis revealed positive reactions. The results indicate that IEST is specific, sensitive, economical and easy to perform for the diagnosis of neurocysticercosis.

本文以猪囊尾蚴冰冻切片为抗原,探讨间接酶联免疫吸附试验(IEST)在神经囊尾蚴病诊断中的敏感性和特异性。56例神经囊尾蚴病患者中有55例(98.2%)呈阳性反应。所有健康人对照(50例)、华支睾吸虫病(23例)和肺吸虫病(26例)患者的血清标本均为阴性,但包虫病患者血清标本中有18%(4/22)呈阳性反应。结果表明,IEST诊断神经囊尾蚴病具有特异性强、敏感性高、经济且操作简便的特点。
