To report a case of unilateral localized sectoral conjunctival amyloidosis associated with corneal amyloidosis.
Case report.
A 27-year-old woman with a history of ocular trauma presented with a limbus-based pink-yellow colored superonasal conjunctival lesion with adjacent superonasal sectoral corneal lattice-like changes. The lesion was monitored for 3 years with minimal enlargement, but conjunctival chalasis developed, which was bothersome to the patient. A conjunctival excisional biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of amyloidosis.
To our knowledge, this is the first report of unilateral combined corneal and conjunctival amyloid deposition. Even more unusual was the sectoral distribution of the amyloid. This likely represents a local production and deposition of amyloid.

一名 27 岁女性，有眼部外伤史，表现为位于颞上方边界的粉红色-黄色结膜病变，伴相邻的颞上方扇形角膜格子状改变。病变观察 3 年，仅有轻微增大，但出现了结膜松弛，给患者带来困扰。结膜切除活检证实为淀粉样变性。
据我们所知，这是首例单侧联合性角膜和结膜淀粉样物质沉积的报告。更不寻常的是淀粉样物质的扇形分布。这可能代表局部产生和沉积淀粉样物质。
