[The regulation of the composition of commercial forms of pesticides and the principles for evaluating their toxicity and hazards].

On the basis of data analysis on harmful effect of components of the trade forms of pesticides (pesticides, emulsifying agents, solvents, etc.) it is suggested to consider them as combined preparations. Their toxicity and danger assessment principles are formulated. The necessity is substantiated that a list of components allowed to be included into the trade forms of pesticides be approved.
