Data on cytochemical analysis of cation proteins in human and animal neutrophil granulocytes are discussed. Deficiency of cation proteins in blood neutrophils was detected at the step of mammals early postnatal development; reaction of the proteins to stress-effects in considered. Cytochemical evaluation of cation proteins in neutrophilic granulocytes may serve as one of criteria of the unspecific resistance state.
本文讨论了人和动物嗜中性粒细胞中阳离子蛋白的细胞化学分析数据。在哺乳动物出生后早期发育阶段，检测到血液嗜中性粒细胞中阳离子蛋白的缺乏；同时也考虑了这些蛋白对应激效应的反应。嗜中性粒细胞中阳离子蛋白的细胞化学评估可作为非特异性抵抗状态的标准之一。
