A case is described of a syndrome of pains in the lower extremities in a young man. After a number of diagnostic procedures the more common disease entities were excluded and "fibrositis" was accepted as the cause. The diagnosis was confirmed by EMG investigation, histological examination of dermomuscular specimens, positive effect of treatment and a 6-month follow-up.
本文描述了一名年轻男性下肢疼痛综合征的病例。经过一系列诊断程序，排除了更常见的疾病，最终确定“纤维织炎”为病因。肌电图检查、皮肤肌肉标本的组织学检查、治疗的积极效果以及6个月的随访证实了该诊断。
