We have study the nasal mucociliary clearance in 150 normal persons. Four methods have been used: vegetable charcoal powder, saccharin, seroalbumine-Tc99m and pertechnetate-Tc99m. The time and speed of mucociliary nasal transport are related to the solubility of the tracer. The insoluble substances have a faster transport. The mean transport time for charcoal powder is 8.3 +/- 2.6 min. and for the saccharin is 17.4 +/- 5.5 min. The mean velocity for seroalbumine is 8 +/- 1.8 mm/min. and for the pertechnetate is 5 +/- 0.2 mm/min.
我们对150名正常人的鼻黏膜纤毛清除功能进行了研究。采用了四种方法:植物炭粉、糖精、血清白蛋白-Tc99m和高锝酸盐-Tc99m。鼻黏膜纤毛转运的时间和速度与示踪剂的溶解度有关。不溶性物质的转运速度更快。炭粉的平均转运时间为8.3±2.6分钟,糖精的平均转运时间为17.4±5.5分钟。血清白蛋白的平均速度为8±1.8毫米/分钟,高锝酸盐的平均速度为5±0.2毫米/分钟。
