Myopericytoma is an uncommon perivascular (pericytic) tumour, which develops in the skin or in soft tissues from the extremities. Usually, the lesion is small and shows a myopericytic differentiation. The cells are short, fusiform and arranged concentrically around small vascular lumen. We reported here the second case of arterial mural myopericytoma.
