Abstract

The mutagenic effects of 4 insecticides, i.e., bioallethrin, tetramethrin, propoxur, lethane and three commercial formulation of insecticides i.e. asbo, formulation I, formulation II was determined in a standard Salmonella typhimurium assay with the use of strains TA 98 and TA 100. Bioallethrin was found to be a weak mutagen in the TA 100 and TA 98 strains of S. typhimurium, whereas propoxur, formulation I showed weak mutagenic effects only on S. typhimurium TA 98 strain.

采用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA 98和TA 100菌株,在标准鼠伤寒沙门氏菌试验中测定了4种杀虫剂(即生物丙烯菊酯、胺菊酯、残杀威、速灭威)以及3种市售杀虫剂制剂(即阿斯波、制剂I、制剂II)的致突变作用。结果发现,生物丙烯菊酯对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA 100和TA 98菌株是一种弱诱变剂,而残杀威、制剂I仅对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA 98菌株显示出微弱的诱变作用。
