Pesticide-induced lung fibrosis are very rare. Only the acute paraquat-fibrosis achieved clinical significance. Clinic, pathogenesis and therapy of this disease will be described in the main features. The so-called "Vineyard sprayer's lung" was observed up to now only in Portugal. This illness will be caused by longterm exposure in viniculture against "Bordeaux mixture" a solution of copper sulphate and slaked lime. Causuistries in the literature indicate that further pesticides especially organophosphates are possibly potent to induce lung-fibrosis.
