168 patients with haemorrhagic stroke (H.S.) were clinically and paraclinically studied. In 74 (44%) patients, the outcome was favourable whereas 94 (56%) died. The prognostic criteria were assessed according to: location and size of haematoma, consciousness vegetative disorders, medical history, comorbidity, pupillary and oculomotor disturbances.
对168例出血性中风（H.S.）患者进行了临床和辅助临床研究。74例（44%）患者预后良好，而94例（56%）死亡。根据以下因素评估预后标准：血肿的位置和大小、意识障碍、病史、合并症、瞳孔和动眼神经障碍。
