It is studied how long-term periodical calorie-insufficient and growth-restraining nutrition promoting appreciable life prolongation in the Wistar-line albino rats influences the lipid metabolism. It is shown that diet has an essential influence on the levels of phospholipids, cholesterol, neutral lipids, fatty acids in different tissue cells. The age specificity is observed in all the studied tissue cells. The lipid composition of cells in aged rats with prolonged life is similar to that of young animals of control group.
研究了长期周期性热量不足和生长抑制性营养促进Wistar系白化大鼠显著延长寿命对脂质代谢的影响。结果表明,饮食对不同组织细胞中磷脂、胆固醇、中性脂质、脂肪酸的水平有重要影响。在所有研究的组织细胞中均观察到年龄特异性。寿命延长的老年大鼠细胞的脂质组成与对照组幼龄动物相似。
