[The antimicrobial effect of selected disinfectants in combination with anionic active detergents].

The bactericidal activity of chloramine and hydrogen peroxide can be increased with only few exceptions through admixture of various anionic detergents in dependence of the concentration of the detergent (used concentrations between 0.008-5.3%). On the other hand at chloride of lime only in a few cases was possible to indicate advantageous effects of combination.
