OBJECTIVE
To investigate the chemical constituents of Antipathes dichotoma.
METHODS
The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel and their structures were identified by spectral analyses and comparison with literatures.
RESULTS
Nine compounds were obtained from A. dichotam and characterized as cholesterol (I), ergosta-5-ene-3-ol (II), 4-methyl-ergostatrien-3-ol (III), p-hydroxybenzoate (IV), 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (V), vanillin (VI), caffeic acid (VII), batyl alcohol (VIII), and theymine (IX).
CONCLUSION
Compounds II - VII are obtained from Antipathes dichotoma for the first time.
目的
研究二叉黑珊瑚的化学成分。
方法
通过硅胶柱色谱法分离纯化化合物，并通过光谱分析和与文献对比鉴定其结构。
结果
从二叉黑珊瑚中获得了9种化合物，分别鉴定为胆固醇（I）、麦角甾-5-烯-3-醇（II）、4-甲基-麦角三烯-3-醇（III）、对羟基苯甲酸酯（IV）、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛（V）、香草醛（VI）、咖啡酸（VII）、鲨肝醇（VIII）和胸腺嘧啶（IX）。
结论
化合物II - VII首次从二叉黑珊瑚中获得。
