To study the chemical constituents of Phellinus lonicerinus.
The constituents were seperated and purified by silica column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 and other column chromatography, then their structures were identified by spectral methods.
Six compounds were isolated and identified as ergosta-6,22-dien-3beta, 5beta, 8beta-triol (1), erogosterol (2), vanillin (3), 3,4-dihydroxy benzalacetone (4), beta-sitosterol (5), docosanoic acid (6).
All compounds are isolated from Phellinus lonicerinus for the first time and compound 4 isa new natural product.
研究忍冬拟层孔菌的化学成分。
采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20等柱色谱法对其成分进行分离纯化,然后通过光谱方法鉴定其结构。
分离鉴定出6个化合物,分别为麦角甾 - 6,22 - 二烯 - 3β,5β,8β - 三醇(1)、麦角甾醇(2)、香草醛(3)、3,4 - 二羟基苯亚甲基丙酮(4)、β - 谷甾醇(5)、二十二烷酸(6)。
所有化合物均首次从忍冬拟层孔菌中分离得到,化合物4为新的天然产物。
