头花蓼木脂素的研究

OBJECTIVE
To study the lignan of Polygonum capitatum.
METHODS
The compounds were isolated and purified by using of SiO2, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and pre-HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined on the basis of their physical properties and the spectral data.
RESULTS
Four compounds were isolated and identified as schizandriside (1), (-)-isolariciresinol-2a-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (2), (-) -5 '-methoxyisolariciresinol-2a-O-beta-D-xylopyranoside (3) and nudiposide (4).
CONCLUSION
Compounds 1 - 4 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
目的
研究头花蓼中的木脂素。
方法
采用硅胶柱色谱、葡聚糖凝胶LH - 20柱色谱及制备型高效液相色谱法对化合物进行分离纯化。根据化合物的物理性质和光谱数据确定其结构。
结果
分离并鉴定出4个化合物，分别为五味子苷（1）、（-）-异落叶松脂醇-2a - O -β - D -吡喃木糖苷（2）、（-）-5'-甲氧基异落叶松脂醇-2a - O -β - D -吡喃木糖苷（3）和裸茎木苷（4）。
结论
化合物1 - 4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
