Abstract

The worker, while doing his activities in contact with pathogenic agents, is exposed to the risk of getting diseases that could result in death. The immunization appears as one of the ways to preserve and protect against this contamination. This article presents an experience of workers immunization during the period of 2005 to 2008, by the implantation of the project Nursing Integral Actions of Worker's Health Vigilance at Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz), Manguinhos campus, Rio de Janeiro. This is a descriptive, explorative and quantitative study, using primary data from the construction of the project. During the project 12.904 doses of different vaccines were applied in a population with a variety of job activities and ages. Civil construction, security, gardening, maintenance and clearing service teams were the most mobilized and receptive to the activities. With this experience it was possible the installation of the vaccination room at CST/DIREH/Fiocruz, the implantation of campaigns at the unities, specific immunization actions to the workers and operative groups and lectures focused in health education.

工人在从事与病原体接触的活动时,面临着感染可能导致死亡的疾病的风险。免疫接种似乎是预防这种感染的一种方式。本文介绍了2005年至2008年期间,通过在里约热内卢曼古inhos校区的奥斯瓦尔多·克鲁兹基金会(Fiocruz)实施“工人健康监测综合护理行动”项目,对工人进行免疫接种的经验。这是一项描述性、探索性和定量研究,使用项目建设中的原始数据。在项目期间,向从事各种工作活动、不同年龄的人群接种了12904剂不同的疫苗。土木建筑、安保、园艺、维护和清洁服务团队是参与度最高且最愿意接受这些活动的群体。通过这次经验,在CST/DIREH/Fiocruz设立了疫苗接种室,在各单位开展了接种活动,针对工人和操作团队开展了特定的免疫接种行动,并举办了以健康教育为重点的讲座。
