Video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) in the diagnosis and treatment of stage I NSCLC has been used since the early 1990s. This report aims to provide a retrospective analysis of the literature in order to present the advantages of VATS lobectomy compared with open resection. The best available evidence strongly suggests that VATS lobectomy is less morbid than open lobectomy, the postoperative quality of life is superior and long-term oncologic results are equivalent. All these data supports the idea that VATS lobectomy is the treatment of choice for stage I NSCLC.
自20世纪90年代初以来，电视辅助胸腔镜手术（VATS）已被用于I期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的诊断和治疗。本报告旨在对文献进行回顾性分析，以呈现VATS肺叶切除术相较于开放切除术的优势。现有最佳证据有力表明，VATS肺叶切除术的创伤比开放肺叶切除术小，术后生活质量更佳，且长期肿瘤学结果相当。所有这些数据都支持VATS肺叶切除术是I期NSCLC的首选治疗方法这一观点。
