Abstract
Myoepithelial soft tissue tumors represent less than 1% of soft tissue tumors. Diagnosis is based on histology, but clinical and radiological features can orient the practitioner. Myoepithelial tumors do not involve the bone as they are not malignant. In this article, we report a case of a myoepithelioma occuring on the volar aspect of the right ring finger involving the first phalanx.

肌上皮软组织肿瘤占软组织肿瘤的比例不到1%。诊断基于组织学，但临床和放射学特征可为医生提供指导。肌上皮肿瘤不侵犯骨骼，因为它们不是恶性的。在本文中，我们报告了一例发生在右手环指掌侧累及第一指骨的肌上皮瘤病例。
