Abstract

Multiple angiofibromas (adenoma sebaceum) of the nose in a dark-complexioned patient with tuberous sclerosis were treated with laser surgery. One side of the nose was treated with the argon laser. The other side of the nose was treated with the carbon dioxide (CO2) laser. The CO2 laser produced superior cosmetic results with more complete removal of cutaneous lesions.

一名患有结节性硬化症的深色皮肤患者鼻子上的多发性血管纤维瘤(皮脂腺瘤)接受了激光手术治疗。鼻子的一侧用氩激光治疗。鼻子的另一侧用二氧化碳(CO2)激光治疗。二氧化碳激光产生了更好的美容效果,皮肤病变切除得更彻底。
