In the title compound, (C(5)H(7)N(2))(6)[V(10)O(28)]·2H(2)O, the V(10)O(28) anion is generated by crystallographic inversion symmetry and each of the five vanadium centres adopts a distorted VO(6) octa-hedral geometry. In the crystal structure, a network of N-H⋯O, N-H⋯(O,O) and O-H⋯O hydrogen bonds helps to establish the packing.
在标题化合物（C₅H₇N₂）₆[V₁₀O₂₈]·2H₂O中，[V₁₀O₂₈]⁶⁻阴离子通过晶体学反演对称性产生，五个钒中心中的每一个都采用扭曲的VO₆八面体几何构型。在晶体结构中，N-H⋯O、N-H⋯(O,O)和O-H⋯O氢键网络有助于确定堆积方式。
