A patient with an asymptomatic intracranial meningioma was found at autopsy to have multiple pulmonary metastases. Both the meningeal and pulmonary tumors were histologically benign. Only five other patients with apparently benign metastasizing meningiomas have been described.
一名患有无症状颅内脑膜瘤的患者在尸检时发现有多处肺转移。脑膜和肺部肿瘤在组织学上均为良性。仅有其他5例明显为良性转移性脑膜瘤的患者被报道过。
