The clinicopathological course of 14 cases of vulvar Paget's disease is presented. Clinical presentation, age at diagnosis, duration of symptoms, associated and underlying malignancies, treatment and follow-up are reviewed. Survival by invasiveness and surgical management are compared. The use of conservative therapy where appropriate is advocated.
