Abstract

The expression of CEA was studied with the help of rabbit antibody and CEA-specific lectin-krustacin in pepsinogen positive gastric glands near carcinomas and in gastric mucosa with intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia of the epithelium without neoplasia. CEA-krustacin was revealed in 20 out of 41 cases and CEA-antibody in 2 out of 41 cases of gastric glands in mucosa near carcinomas. The results of investigation discover the development in the gastric glands near carcinoma subcellular components. Paraneoplastic phenomenon was found in the majority of the cases.

借助兔抗体和癌胚抗原特异性凝集素——克拉斯塔辛，对癌旁胃蛋白酶原阳性胃腺、肠化生胃黏膜以及无肿瘤形成的上皮发育异常胃黏膜中的癌胚抗原表达进行了研究。在41例癌旁胃黏膜的胃腺中，41例中有20例检测到癌胚抗原-克拉斯塔辛，41例中有2例检测到癌胚抗原抗体。研究结果揭示了癌旁胃腺亚细胞成分的变化。大多数病例中发现了副肿瘤现象。
