OBJECTIVE
To report two new cases of Ewing's sarcoma/primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the kidney, one of them with tumor thrombus in cava.
METHOD
Characterization of two new cases and literature review by PubMed search.
RESULTS
We report the cases of two men diagnosed with primary renal Ewing's sarcoma, who have been treated with nephrectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy, being in complete remission to date.
CONCLUSION
Ewing's sarcoma / primitive neuroectodermal tumor of the kidney is a rare condition that mainly affects young adults. The natural history of these tumors is the evolution towards metastatic disease and death. Treatment is multimodal, combining surgery and chemotherapy. The role of radiotherapy is not well established.
目的
报告两例新发肾尤因肉瘤/原始神经外胚层肿瘤病例，其中一例伴有腔静脉瘤栓。
方法
对两例新发病例进行特征描述，并通过PubMed检索进行文献复习。
结果
我们报告了两名被诊断为原发性肾尤因肉瘤的男性病例，他们接受了肾切除术和辅助化疗，至今处于完全缓解状态。
结论
肾尤因肉瘤/原始神经外胚层肿瘤是一种罕见疾病，主要影响年轻成年人。这些肿瘤的自然病程是发展为转移性疾病并导致死亡。治疗是多模式的，包括手术和化疗。放疗的作用尚不明确。
