Abstract

OBJECTIVE

Exploring the characteristics of arytenoid cartilage movement.

METHOD

Using Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E) software, the cricoid cartilage, arytenoid cartilage and vocal cords were simulated to the three-dimensional reconstruction, by analyzing the trajectory of arytenoid cartilage in the joint surface from the cricoid cartilage and arytenoid cartilage composition.

RESULT

The 3D animation simulation showed the normal movement patterns of the vocal cords and the characteristics of vocal cords movement in occasion of arytenoid cartilage dislocation vividly.

CONCLUSION

The three-dimensional model has clinical significance for arytenoid cartilage movement disorders.

目的

探讨杓状软骨运动的特点。

方法

利用Pro/ENGINEER(Pro/E)软件,对环状软骨、杓状软骨及声带进行三维重建模拟,通过分析环状软骨与杓状软骨构成的关节面中杓状软骨的运动轨迹。

结果

三维动画模拟清晰显示了声带的正常运动模式以及杓状软骨脱位情况下声带运动的特点。

结论

该三维模型对杓状软骨运动障碍具有临床意义。
