The study consists of 44 Schizophrenic patients. All the patients were the first admission cases and treated for the first time within 6 months of their illness. The subtype Schizo affective schizophrenia was not included. Cases were studied and treated initially in the hospital. After recovery from the psychotic episode, they were followed up in the community for a minimum period of one year, during which 4 cases went into an unequivocal, depression. Pheaomenological aspects of the depression and a prediction of variables in terms of socio-demographicand the clinical state of cohort has been attempted.
本研究纳入了 44 例精神分裂症患者。所有患者均为首次入院，且在发病后 6 个月内首次接受治疗。本研究未纳入分裂情感性精神障碍患者。患者在入院时即接受评估和治疗。在精神病性发作缓解后，患者在社区中接受至少为期 1 年的随访，在此期间，有 4 例患者出现了明确的抑郁症状。本研究尝试对抑郁症状的现象学特征以及队列的社会人口学和临床状态的预测变量进行分析。
