"REACH", "CLP" and "SDS" are Regulations that affect the rules on Health and Safety at Work and that, specifically, are linked to the chemical risk assessment. Up to 2015, the date when the old rules on Classification, Labeling and Packaging of hazardous substances and mixtures will be permanently abrogated, different regulations live together and for this reason is important to know every item in order to ensure the right training to the workers. In Italy, a Commission of the Ministry of Employment and Welfare has produced directions about the main consequences of the three Regulations on the D.Lgs. 81/2008. From an early analysis is essential to underline that the employer can make use of the Safety Data Sheet and the Labeling as basic tools to exchange information.
