Abstract
Five children with mandibular fractures were treated with a split acrylic splint, which secured the fracture by wiring around the mandible. The occlusion was satisfactory, without infection or malocclusion. None required revision, and there was no deviation of the mandible, ankylosis, or disturbances of growth.

五名下颌骨骨折患儿接受了分体式丙烯酸夹板治疗，该夹板通过环绕下颌骨进行结扎来固定骨折部位。咬合情况良好，无感染或错牙合现象。无人需要进行翻修，且下颌骨无偏斜、关节强直或生长障碍。
