Incidence of thrombocytopenia with drugs other than heparin, coumarin anticoagulants, anticancer drugs is less than 1%. A rare case of diclofenac induced thrombocytopenia in a 60-year-old lady is presented here. With stopping diclofenac and infusing fresh blood along with platelet concentrate made the patient revived and follow-up after one month showed her in good health.
除肝素、香豆素类抗凝剂、抗癌药物外，其他药物引起血小板减少症的发生率低于1%。本文报道了一例60岁女性因双氯芬酸导致血小板减少症的罕见病例。停用双氯芬酸并输注新鲜血液及血小板浓缩液后，患者恢复，一个月后的随访显示她身体健康。
