A simple, practical, and highly efficient copper-catalyzed one-pot synthesis of imidazo/benzoimidazoquinazolinones has been developed. The procedure is based on a sequential copper-catalyzed Ullmann-type N-arylation and aerobic oxidative intramolecular C-H amidation. This method should provide a new and useful strategy for construction of N-heterocycles.
一种简单、实用、高效的铜催化一锅法合成咪唑并/苯并咪唑并喹唑啉酮的方法已经开发出来。该方法基于顺序的铜催化乌尔曼型 N-芳基化和有氧氧化分子内 C-H 酰胺化。该方法为构建 N-杂环化合物提供了一种新的有用策略。
