Abstract
The patient in this report had typical retinitis pigmentosa which apparently was of recessive inheritance. In addition, she had an exacerbation of porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT) while taking oral contraceptives. In view of the lack of evidence for hereditary transmission of PCT it is also of interest that the patient's mother had an exacerbation of PCT while taking estrogenic medication.

本报告中的患者患有典型的色素性视网膜炎，显然为隐性遗传。此外，她在服用口服避孕药时迟发性皮肤卟啉病（PCT）病情加重。鉴于缺乏PCT遗传传递的证据，患者母亲在服用雌激素药物时PCT病情加重这一情况也很有意思。
